Personal training happens in two locations — Golden Club in Tallinn (Sõjakooli 10) or Tuule Sports Hall in Jüri. Online training works from anywhere.
Yes. Personal training and Full Body FIT group classes work with Stebby — if your employer reimburses fitness expenses, you can use it here. For online training and duo training, ask separately.
Especially. The beginner package (5 sessions + plan) is built for you. We start by discussing your health, injuries, and goals — only then do we build the plan. You don't need to know anything beforehand.
Cancellation with 24 hours' notice is free. Less than 24h notice is 50% of the price (except for genuine emergencies — we always talk those through).
Full Body FIT is a group class — same movements, same time, lower price. Good if you have basic familiarity and just want consistency. Personal training is built around you — for starting out, goal-specific work, or when health considerations matter. Most people start with personal training and move to the group class later.
