Who this is for
- Complete beginners who don't know where to start.
- People coming back after a long break who want to return without injury.
- Those who've tried training alone but haven't reached their goal.
- People who want to invest in themselves in one concentrated block, not spread thin.
- Anyone with a concrete near-term goal — shape, an event, recovery — but who wants to keep training afterwards so it becomes part of their lifestyle.
How it works
- Session 1: we map goals, look at mobility, strength, and current state. We agree what we'll actually achieve in five sessions.
- Sessions 2–4: we learn movements, technique, and loads. Each session goes deeper. You start to feel what you're doing and why.
- Session 5: we wrap up what we did and how to keep going on your own. You leave with a written plan (exercises and loads) and guidance for the coming weeks on how to keep moving forward independently.
- After the package: you continue on your own, come back for single sessions as needed, or book another package if you want to change something in your plan or switch it up entirely.
