One-on-one gym training with your coach. Plan built for your goals and health. In Jüri or Tallinn.

One hour, one coach, one person — you. Every session starts with how you feel today, not with what's written in a plan. If something hurts, we adjust. If you're tired, we scale. If you're on form, we push.

Who this is for

  • Beginners who want to learn proper movement before training alone.
  • People who've been training but haven't got the results they wanted on their own.
  • Anyone who wants accountability and guidance every session.
  • People coming back from injury or a long break who need a careful approach.
  • Anyone who wants training that fits around their life, not the other way around.

How it works

  1. Book your first session in Tallinn or Jüri — no separate intro call needed, we'll cover it at the start of the first session.
  2. We look at how you move together: mobility, strength, balance. I hear what you want to achieve and what's in the way.
  3. From then on you train with guidance every time. The plan we follow is shaped by your goals and your current ability — and from there we work for progress by raising intensity and volume (loads, reps, sets).
  4. We meet as often as works for you — weekly, twice a month, or around a specific goal.

Price and payment

50€ / hour. Payment by cash, transfer, or via Stebby if your employer supports it (look up the "Tahan Olla Terve" account on Stebby and pick the club that suits you).
