A plan and monthly support when you train at home, in your own gym, or somewhere else entirely. Best for people with some experience — you can do most exercises on your own, but want structure and accountability. I can also get beginners started.

Who this is for

  • People training at home or in their own gym who need a written plan.
  • Frequent travellers who can't commit to one gym.
  • People outside Tallinn and Jüri who still want my approach.
  • Intermediate trainers with a technical base who want to go deeper.
  • Those who prefer independence but want someone to plan and keep them honest.

How it works

  1. We start with a short conversation — goals, equipment, when and how long you can train.
  2. You get a written plan for the next weeks. Every exercise is explained, every movement has a reason.
  3. Each week I adjust the loads and rep ranges in your plan based on how training has gone. You send feedback, and video for a form check when needed.
  4. If you want to mix in in-person sessions at some point, we can always combine both.

Price and payment

75€ / month. Payment by cash, transfer, or via Stebby (if your employer supports it).
